in need of repairs please take the time and get it done. If you want a dock, get on the list by

Park Board. Anyone interested or has expertise in any of the areas to be repaired please contact any

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Camper sites: Maintaining your camper site area is your responsibility. Trash, trimming grass,
weeding, camper maintenance etc. helps keep the Park a great place.
NEW BUSINESS
Road: Clemons – 2 new roads are proposed to help alleviate the problems in getting to campers. 1)
Come in the 3rd entrance to the Park go left by Rich Ballard to Carr’s then curve to James Wintering.
2) 3rd entrance go towards Clemons. The Park Board is now accepting bids for all work.
Shared camper sites: Park Board decision: Currently there are several members who share one
camper site. To maintain an opportunity for 2 persons to share one camper site the following has
been adopted by the Park Board:
1) For those who now share a camper site and for future members who opt to share: A Principal
share holder must be declared.
2) The Principal share holder is the person who is responsible for the camper site. All dues,
maintenance, dock fees, etc. are solely the responsibility of the Principal.
3) This is a one time event for both share holders. If the Principal leaves so goes the camper
site. (The next person on the camper available list will be offered the site according to existing rules
for camper sites) The person sharing should get on the camper available list so if the Principal leaves
and the person sharing wants a camper site their name will not be at the bottom.
4) Any discrepancies between Principal and share person is their responsibility. If the share
person elects to leave the Principal can keep the camper site but may not have another share person.
5) If the share person would get the opportunity to get a camper site on their own they may not
become the Principal and have a share person. Again this is a one time event for which the share
person already participated in.
Motor homes: Park Board decision: The Park Board recognizes that some members may want to
opt for a motor home. The following has been adopted by the Park Board:
1) For those who opt for a motor home instead of a travel trailer the rules governing travel trailers
will apply: Must see Park president before bringing motor home to Park; no more than 35 feet in
length; must fit in camper site spot; can’t infringe on neighbors site or in roadway; patio/deck &
awning must be appropriate to camper site.
2) When opting for a motor home the shared camper site rule will not apply. Motor home use
must be a 1 person camper site responsibility.
Park visitors: Park Board decision: When a member chooses to have guests that are going to
camp, bring a motor home, travel trailer/pop-up etc., the responsibility for their actions is with the
sponsoring member. The following has been adopted by the Park Board:
You, as the member, must contact the president for:
1) Camping: More than one tent
2) Motor home: parking/placement instructions – a $10.00 fee per night will be charged
3) Travel trailer: same as motor home
4) Pop-up: same as motor home
Camper sites: Park Board decision: When a person becomes a member of the Park, has an
assigned camper site, they may not allow another person to use the site. (Loan their site to someone
else)
