Bath House:  Bath House is in use and will be finished by June 25
It will be closed on Monday June 21 through Friday June 25 – Will reopen on Saturday June 26 -
Please enter the Bath House from the sidewalks – Park your vehicles (cars or golf carts) in the gravel
and use the sidewalk to either the women’s or men’s shower/restroom – DO NOT PARK ANY
VEHICLES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE BATH HOUSE!

Grinder:  One sewer grinder is located in front of the Park by the West entrance and the other is
located by the dumpsters – DO NOT RUN OVER THESE  - We are looking into some sort of barrier to
protect them –

Shelter house:   Anyone who can be at the Park on June 28th contact John Helsel – we are replacing
a few windows. The chairs in the shelter house belong in the shelter house – if you take one to sit by
the lake ok but return it when finished – When the shelter house doors are locked do not climb through
the windows and reopen it – we have a few of the parks children and probably adults who take the
windows out climb through and open the shelter house. The shelter house restrooms/showers are for
those who rent the shelter house – use the bath house – When the shelter house is rented only those
who are in the renter’s party may use the shelter house – please avoid the shelter house area when a
renter is using it.

WiFi:  The Park is paying for a WiFi system – once installed everyone at the Park will be able to use it
without additional cost.

Keys:  The doors to the bath house will be on a combination lock – we hope to install them next week
– everyone at the Park will be given the combo – please do not give this to anyone else – to enter
anywhere other than the bath house contact any Board Member for assistance.

Electric:  There have been some problems with electric – if you have a problem with your electric
contact any board member. Robertson is having trouble – the electrician will be out sometime this week
to ensure it is not from the Park side

Trees:  Gischel & Clemons will be going around the Park to determine which trees need trimmed or
removed – check with either one of them if you feel you have a need.

Buckeye Lake.

Request:  There is a request from a neighbor to give us $50.00 up front instead of paying $2 every
