How to Use the New Sewer Lines

Using the New Water Lines

New Electric Lines
You should treat your black water tank the same as you always did, by using the deodorizing
chemicals and the R.V. toilet paper. When your tank is roughly 2/3 full, hook up to the sewer
line located next to your camper and pull the black water slide valve. When you no longer hear
water running, close the black water valve and open the gray water valve until it stops running,
then close the gray water valve and unhook the sewer line. Remember to add deodorizing
chemicals back into the black water tank when you are done.
Do Not leave the hose line hooked up and the slide valve open, as this will allow the liquids to
drain and the solids will build up in your tank...and your camper will smell like....well lets just
say it will smell.
Note: Fireman's Park will not be held responsible for clogs in your camper.
You should use an R.V. potable water hose (usually a white hose) with a water pressure
regulator to hook up to your camper. You can leave this hose hooked up to your camper while
you are there, but we ask you to unhook it when you leave for the week. You need to use the
regulator or you take the chance of blowing out the water lines in your camper. And please
remember that the park has to pay for water, so be frugal with it when possible. Thank You.
Note: Fireman's Park will not be held responsible for damage from the water lines.
Each camper will now have a dedicated 30 amp R.V. outlet for their camper, as well as a duplex
110v outlet right below it for auxiliary use. Please turn off everything but your refrigerator when
you leave for the week, as electric service is a large expense for the park each month.
The tank chemicals, R.V. toilet tissue, sewer connections, potable water hose, water pressure
regulator, and 30 amp R.V. camper plug can be purchased at any R.V. store, or at Wal Mart
and some K-Mart, and Sears Stores.
